Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's Office 365 environment, including user management, license assigning, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and manage security measures to ensure data integrity and access control in Office 365.
- Provide technical support for Office 365 users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in planning and execution of migration projects from on-premises services to Office 365.
Required Skills :
- Robust knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for administration tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.
- Knowledge of cloud security and compliance.
- Understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, and IP networking.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
- Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques.
- Experience with hybrid environments involving on-premises Exchange and O365.
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Required Experience
5-7 years of relevant experience in managing and maintaining Office 365 environments.
