Job Title : In-House IT Technician

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components.
- Monitor and maintain local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Perform routine system backups, updates, and security checks.
- Manage IT inventory — including hardware, peripherals, and licenses.
- Ensure data security and assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or software/hardware procurement.
- Provide end-user training and documentation for common IT tasks.
- Assist in the setup of new workstations, servers, or networking devices.
- Support conference room systems, VoIP phones, and video conferencing tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems,



and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with antivirus management, backup solutions, and IT security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications :

- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent IT certifications.
- Experience with server administration (Windows Server, Linux).
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with IT asset management and ticketing systems.

Working Conditions :

- Office-based role with occasional on-site troubleshooting.
- May require occasional after-hours or weekend support for critical issues.
