- Experience :

- Minimum 7 years of experience as Principal :

- Minimum 5 years of experience handling PGT classes :

- Academic Background :

- Science background (Postgraduate in Science preferred)

- B.Ed. / M.Ed. mandatory

- Mobility :

- Must possess a valid 4-wheeler driving license :

- Must be comfortable driving

- Relocation :

- Willing to relocate with family :

- Language Skills :

- Proficiency in English :

- Working knowledge of regional language preferred

Roles and ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership

- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school

- Ensure curriculum planning, implementation, and monitoring :

- Maintain high standards in teaching-learning processes :

- Supervise and mentor PGT, TGT, and PRT faculty

Administration & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with CBSE :

- Oversee school operations, discipline, and safety

- Manage academic calendars, timetables, and assessments

- Coordinate inspections, audits, and official documentation





Faculty & Staff Management

- Lead recruitment, training, appraisal, and retention of staff

- Conduct regular faculty reviews and career development :

- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture

Student & Parent Engagement

- Monitor student progress, discipline, and wellbeing
- Address parent concerns effectively
- Promote holistic development of students

Institutional Development

- Implement quality improvement initiatives
- Support admissions, branding, and institutional growth
- Align school vision with Velammal Group educational standards

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in handling senior secondary (PGT) curriculum for min 5 years :

- Administrative efficiency and documentation skills

- Ability to manage academics and operations simultaneously

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
