As an Engineering Manager, you will drive technology strategy, execution excellence, and scalable platform development while aligning engineering initiatives with business objectives.
You will play a key leadership role in delivering reliable, high-performing systems, building robust engineering teams, and enabling business growth through technology.
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, you should be open to taking up related initiatives that support engineering excellence, operational efficiency, platform scalability, and continuous improvement across teams.

Engineering Delivery & Execution
Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality standards
Establish and enforce engineering best practices and standards
Drive Agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee billing, wallet, and payment-related systems
Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams
Drive performance management and career growth discussions
Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Sales, and Leadership teams




Engineering Operations & Governance
Establish KPIs for engineering efficiency and delivery performance
Monitor system performance, uptime, and incident management processes
Drive automation across testing, deployment, and monitoring activities
Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership teams

Experience managing infrastructure on Data Centers
Knowledge of backend systems, APIs, databases, and messaging platforms
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools
Proven ability to lead and scale engineering teams
Experience in budgeting, planning, and cost optimization

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8–10+ years of experience in software engineering
- 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles

Consistent on-time delivery of engineering projects and initiatives
Improved engineering productivity, efficiency, and quality outcomes
Performance & Growth
The role follows defined KPIs and KRAs to ensure clarity in responsibilities, support performance tracking, and recognize contributions toward engineering excellence, platform reliability, and business growth.
