The Proposal Manager independently manages standard customer proposals and RFP responses. The Proposal Manager exercises judgment within defined guidelines and escalates complex or non‑standard issues as needed.

Content Assembly & Compliance

Assemble proposal content using approved templates and content libraries.

Identify gaps or risks and escalate appropriately.

Process & Quality Management

Ensure submissions meet quality, accuracy, and compliance expectations.

3-5 years of experience in proposal management or a related field.

- Experience managing proposals or RFP responses end‑to‑end.
- Strong written communication and project management skills.
