Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Pharma industry.
Sell Pharma IT products, software and technology solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and solution discussions.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates and reports for management.
Monitor market trends, competition and emerging business opportunities.
Manage and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales, Solid Pharma industry experience,



Pharma IT/software/technology solutions(for Domestic Market only).
- Proven experience in sales leadership, revenue growth, strategic account management, and large-value deal closures.
- Robust understanding of Digital Transformation, Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, or industrial software solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
