Job Responsibilities
Drive life insurance sales through the assigned IndusInd Bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff.
Generate business through bank customer leads and referrals.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Support and train bank staff on insurance products and sales processes.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Assist customers with policy applications, documentation, and policy issuance.
Provide post-sales support and maintain customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is preferred.
Candidates with experience in banking or life insurance.
Positive communication, customer relationship management, and sales skills.
Ability to achieve targets and work with bank branch teams.
Maximum age: 30 years.
