Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding Auto Incense's presence across target sectors such as hospitality, retail, commercial, institutional, and corporate environments. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to align client requirements with suitable scenting solutions, ensure smooth onboarding, and support long-term account growth.



The role also involves market research, sales forecasting, and reporting on key performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within B2B services or related industries.
Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building with corporate and institutional clients.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new sectors and opportunities for growth.
Competence in preparing proposals, presenting solutions, and negotiating commercial terms in a structured, professional manner.
Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Experience working with luxury, hospitality, or facility management brands is beneficial.
