As the Head of User Growth , you will serve as an executive leader accountable for driving Truecaller’s global expansion engine. At the intersection of Data Analytics, Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, and Product-Led Growth (PLG) , you will architect scalable growth strategies, establish global playbooks, and lead cross-functional expansion of our platform.
This executive position requires a seasoned leader with 10+ years of total industry leadership experience in growing consumer apps globally.
End-to-End User Growth: Own the global growth budget and P&L;, balancing performance marketing with product-led viral loops to optimize contribution margin, payback periods, and LTV—not vanity metrics.
Align Performance Marketing, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) analytics, Monetization, Product Growth, and User Acquisition with corporate goals.
10+ years of total skilled leadership experience, with demonstrated leadership across Data Analytics, Performance Marketing, User Acquisition (UA), Retention, and Product Management.

- Proven experience growing a consumer app in India as well as globally
- Hands-on Mastery of Analytics & UA: Deep technical knowledge of cohort economics, incrementality testing, attribution modelling, etc.
- Track record of building, scaling, and managing multi-disciplinary growth organisations at a Senior Director/VP level.
- Strong business judgment when evaluating incrementality tests, marketing spend, and attribution data.
- Experience scaling a consumer app from early growth to significant scale, or successfully taking a product through a 0-to-1 growth phase.





Direct experience scaling consumer products across multiple countries, particularly in emerging and established international markets.
Prior experience in a product-led technology company or high-growth startup.
Experience using AI and automation to improve growth efficiency, experimentation or decision-making.
