We are looking for a high-impact, hands-on Manager - Finance GSC to act as the Second-in-Command (2IC) to the Head of Finance.
This role is a full ownership position, responsible for running and scaling the end-to-end GSC finance function, while ensuring delivery with speed, accuracy, and strong control discipline.
You will combine execution ownership, team leadership, stakeholder management and transformation, while driving a high-performance operating model across but not limited to AP, AR, Billing, Banking, Expense Management and Month end close.

Solid global team leadership experience

- Deep expertise in AP, AR, Billing, Banking, Employee Expenses and Balance Sheet management
- Proven ability in process transformation and automation
- High control orientation and risk awareness
- 12-15+ years in Finance Shared Services / GSC, with min. AP, AR, Billing, Banking, Balance Sheet, Month-End Close, Transformation

Own end-to-end operations independently
Experience in process transformation and automation
Exposure to M&A; integrations / transitions
CA / CPA / MBA in Finance preferred

End-to-End Finance Operations Ownership
Own and manage global operations
Timely invoice processing and collections
Accurate billing aligned to contracts
Take full accountability for delivery, quality, metrics and timelines

Processing & Reconciliations
Balance sheet reconciliations (AR/AP/Bank/Clearing)
High-risk discrepancies
~ Ensure robust audit trails and zero carry-forward issues

Banking, Payments & Corporate Cards
Bank reconciliations and cash accuracy
Strong fraud prevention and controls

All reconciliations completed within timelines
