We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant with strong knowledge of QuickBooks to support our international clients with day-to-day bookkeeping, financial record maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing client accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and meeting deadlines.
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop.
Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Maintain confidentiality and follow established accounting procedures.
Minimum 5 years of skilled bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
Good understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices.
Experience with bank reconciliations, financial reporting, AP, and AR.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
Willing to work at night shift - US timings.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification.
Experience with US, UK, Canadian, or Australian bookkeeping standards and practices. Accounting English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office QuickBooks Tally
