Provide L3/L4 technical support for complex network and security incidents.
Serve as the escalation point for network outages, performance degradation, and critical business-impacting issues.
Own incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management activities.
Network Infrastructure Management
Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize:
Data Center networking
Cloud networking platforms
Network security infrastructure
Load balancing technologies
~ Perform network upgrades, migrations, lifecycle management, and capacity planning.

- AWS/Azure Networking Certifications

Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
