Eligibility & Required Skills
Undergraduate degree, preferably B.E./B.Tech pass out in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Good understanding of computer fundamentals, Windows operating systems, and basic troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of programming or scripting concepts is preferred.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software installation processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn new technologies.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic awareness of ITIL processes and IT service management is an added advantage.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to IT infrastructure concepts such as Windows administration, Active Directory, or endpoint management.
Knowledge of PowerShell, batch scripting, or any programming language is an added advantage.
