Talent Sourcer (Contract)
Location: Mahadevpura, Bangalore, India (Hybrid), 3 Days WFO
Contract Duration: 12 Months Extendable
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to support hiring for the SSG Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent through social media recruiting, advanced sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and market research across technical and business functions.
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, social media platforms, talent communities, and professional networks.
Execute advanced Boolean and X-Ray searches to identify hard-to-find talent.
Apply creative and unconventional sourcing strategies for niche and critical roles.
Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence research.
2-5 years of sourcing or recruitment experience.
- Robust experience in social media recruiting and direct sourcing.
- Generate talent pipelines that contribute to 3+ hires per month .
Continuously identify new sourcing channels and diverse talent pools
