Devastram is a premium D2C brand specialising in beautifully crafted dresses and accessories for Laddu Gopal, Radha Krishna, Mata Rani, Laxmi Ganesh Ji, Ram Darbar and other deities.
We are looking for a Catalogue & E-commerce Executive who can take ownership of our product catalogue, website merchandising, marketplace listings and day-to-day e-commerce operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers and data, and understands how a well-managed catalogue can directly impact online sales.
Create new products, SKUs, variants and collections.
Maintain accurate mapping of products, variants and inventory.
Regularly audit the catalogue for errors, duplicate products, missing information and incorrect data.
Shopify Website Management
Create and update products, variants, collections and product tags.
Maintain product availability, pricing and inventory visibility.
Organise products into appropriate collections such as Designer, Luxe, Festive, Woollen, etc.
Manage collection merchandising and product ordering.
Ensure newly launched products are displayed correctly on the website.
Coordinate website updates for festive campaigns, launches and promotions.
Identify and report website issues affecting product visibility or customer experience.
Ensure product information, images, pricing and inventory remain updated.
Monitor marketplace catalogue health and listing performance.
Take ownership of the digital launch process for every new product:
Product received → Product information → SKU creation → Photography → Product content → Listing → Inventory mapping → Website upload → Marketplace upload → QC → Go Live
Coordinate with the product, inventory, photography and marketing teams.
Ensure no product goes live with incomplete information or incorrect pricing/inventory.
Product Content & SEO
Write and maintain clear, attractive and SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.




Improve existing listings based on search visibility and conversion performance.
Maintain consistent brand language across all product listings.
Product Images & Creative Coordination
Check image quality, dimensions, cropping and consistency.
Coordinate additional creatives such as:
Collection banners
Festive creatives

Inventory & SKU Coordination
Work closely with the inventory/warehouse team to maintain accurate online stock.
Identify discrepancies between physical inventory, Shopify and marketplaces.
Website Merchandising
Arrange products strategically within collections.
Support merchandising for festive campaigns such as Janmashtami, Navratri, Diwali, Teej and other occasions.
Create and maintain seasonal collections.
Ensure priority products and current launches receive appropriate website visibility.
Recommend products that should be promoted, repositioned or discontinued based on performance.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate e-commerce data in Excel/Google Sheets and prepare regular reports covering:
Product-wise sales
Inventory discrepancies
Marketplace performance
Website product performance
Use data to identify opportunities for improving product visibility and sales.
Catalogue Quality Control
Incorrect inventory
Missing SEO information
Incorrect collections/tags

Excel / Google Sheets
Google Merchant Center
Inventory/WMS software
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, catalogue management or marketplace operations .

- Experience managing product listings and SKUs.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Understanding of e-commerce SEO.
- Good understanding of inventory and SKU management.
- Experience managing 500+ SKUs.

Experience with bulk product uploads.
Experience with Matrixify or similar Shopify catalogue tools.
Experience with Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho.
Basic understanding of Google Merchant Center.
Experience in D2C, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, home décor or other product-based e-commerce businesses.
Basic understanding of conversion rate optimisation and website merchandising.
