Be the front face of the engagement with clients delivering high quality client service, developing a deep understanding of their pain points, and helping them get the most value from their products and output
Support partners in turning insights into changes in policy, programs, and implementation on the ground
Grow Surgos business.



You will do this by identifying clients and opportunities, supporting pitches and proposals, and translating client needs to our product roadmap

5+ years experience in consulting, global health, strategy, applied research, or similar

- Background in public health, economics, behavioural science, data science, or a related field
- Ability to synthesize data into insights that drive actionStrong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Skilled project manager with excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Reproductive Health experience is a big plus
- Ability to be entrepreneurial and tremendous opportunities for growth
