Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
2. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various roles within the organization.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
4. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
6. Utilize HRIS and applicant tracking systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management to continuously improve our processes.
