Business Engagement & Process Discovery
Partner with Supply Chain Capability Leads,



Business Process Owners, and Operational Teams to understand business objectives and challenges.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements and process scope.
Establish alignment across business and technology stakeholders.

Develop and maintain end-to-end process models using Celonis or SAP Signavio. Process Mining & Analysis
Leverage Celonis to analyze execution data and identify process inefficiencies.
Interpret process mining insights and translate findings into business recommendations.
Identify bottlenecks, rework loops, compliance issues, and automation opportunities.
Establish process performance metrics and KPIs.

Support backlog creation, requirements refinement, and solution design activities.
Participate in testing, user acceptance activities, and deployment readiness reviews.

Drive standardization and harmonization of business processes.
Business requirements gathering

Intermediate Project Management skills

Experience:
