THE ROLE

We are looking for an exceptional HR Recruiter who treats hiring as a craft. You will own end-to-end recruitment for roles across sales, counselling, content, technology and operations — finding talent others miss, and using the latest AI tools to make our hiring process faster, smarter and more consistent. You will be a strategic partner to leadership, not just a coordinator of interviews.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

▪ Source exceptional talent: Go beyond job boards — use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, referrals, communities, campuses and social channels to build robust pipelines, including for hard-to-fill roles. ▪ Automate with AI: Identify, set up and run AI tools for sourcing, resume screening, outreach, interview scheduling and candidate communication; continuously improve our hiring workflow.



▪ Own the full cycle: Manage requisitions from intake to offer — role scoping, screening, interview coordination, evaluation, offer negotiation and closure. ▪ Partner strategically: Work with hiring managers and leadership to plan headcount, define the right profiles and advise on market availability and compensation. ▪ Assess for fit and potential: Design structured interviews and competency-based evaluations that predict on-the-job success. ▪ Deliver great candidate experience: Keep every candidate informed and engaged; represent Edumilestones as an employer people want to join. ▪ Drive results with data: Track and report on time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer-acceptance rate and quality of hire. ▪ Build the employer brand: Create compelling job posts and talent-attraction content; grow our talent community and referral programme.
