Role Summary As Commercial Finance Manager, you will partner with procurement, operations and leadership teams to improve margins, optimise costs and strengthen commercial discipline across the business. You will focus on pricing, procurement analysis, vendor management, commercial performance and working capital.
Commercial Finance
- Analyse food cost, procurement cost and gross margins.
- Evaluate commercial proposals and business opportunities.
Support vendor evaluations and commercial negotiations.
- Track procurement savings and vendor performance.
- Improve commercial controls across purchasing activities.
Coordinate with operations to optimise inventory levels.
Commercial Governance
- Support franchise and partnership reconciliations.
- Review commercial agreements and contracts.
- Identify opportunities to reduce commercial leakages.
Prepare commercial dashboards and business reports.
· MBA (Finance) preferred.
Experience:
2–5 years in Commercial Finance, Procurement Finance, Business Finance, Pricing, Vendor Management or Cost Analysis.
