We are seeking a full-time Email Marketing Manager to join our team on-site in New Delhi. The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing targeted email campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include managing marketing automation workflows,



analyzing and segmenting customer data, enhancing CRM processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align email strategies with broader marketing goals. The role also involves monitoring key performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve email marketing effectiveness.

Proficiency in Marketing Automation and CRM tools

Lead Generation expertise and strong Digital Marketing skills

Background in Marketing with a focus on customer engagement strategies

Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize email campaigns

Prior experience in a similar role; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
