Role Description The Supply Chain Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement support, inventory control, and distribution scheduling. The specialist will monitor stock levels, track order status, update relevant systems, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or excess inventory. Daily tasks include analyzing supply chain data, preparing reports, collaborating with operations and sales teams, and liaising with vendors, warehouses, and transport partners to maintain smooth product flow. The role also supports process improvement initiatives, adherence to company policies, and implementation of best practices in supply chain and operations management.





Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills to coordinate end-to-end processes and support continuous improvement.

Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to manage stock levels, track movements, and optimize replenishment cycles.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support data-driven decisions.

Relevant academic background such as a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business, or a related field is beneficial.

Experience in consumer goods or FMCG supply chain environments, including exposure to warehousing and distribution, is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP or inventory management systems, along with attention to detail and strong organizational skills, is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple priorities, and maintain adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
