Implementation of Sourcing & Purchasing VAVE/CRP projects to attain YoY target savings of 3% from Yearly spend value.
Future projects pipeline creation by handling Localization, Re-sourcing, VAVE-CRP projects, Nego projects, SOB change projects from High to Low cost suppliers, Proximity analysis to reduce transport costs & Direct buy projects.
SWAT case creation and approval for new business, source change, second source introduction and process change etc.
Ensure QCD with all suppliers to support sales & marketing team.
Handling all commercial workings, increase and decrease approvals, Part & Tooling PO amendment.
Capacity management with key suppliers, Machine hour rate and process cost calculation for price negotiation with suppliers.
Developing cost estimates & projections for commodities like Stamping, Forging, Casting (PDC/GDC/Ferrous), Sintering, Plastic Injection/Compression molding, Rubber parts, Springs, Motors, Fabrication & Standard parts.
Costing, VAVE, Supplier cost audit,



Supplier process optimization, moderation of DtC, CRP and VAVE workshops.

Your Profile as Assistant Manager - Buyer (m/f/d):

Bachelor's degree in electrical & Electronics Engineering with experience in Handling Electronics /Electromechanical parts sourcing, development, Supply chain, Value Management
Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
