You will own the search end to end and shape who joins a brand with global reach. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full hiring cycle, from understanding a role to closing the right candidate, and advise hiring managers on how to attract the talent they need.
Source candidates across job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
1 to 5 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
