The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, and have a basic understanding of regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in MS Office suit is a must. Fair understanding of Market data Vendors Such as Bloomberg, Reuters and IDC is required. Experience in Financial Markets over a year will be a value add. We at State Street provides valuation of client Portfolios for Asset Managers and Pension Funds. The Clients' portfolios include products like Equity, Fixed Income, OTC and Exchange-traded Derivatives, FX, Bank Loans, Futures forwards and Option products. 2-3 years of experience in Financial Markets is a must

Propose changes to procedures to management with a focus of reducing risk, manual inputs, and increasing efficiencies.
Ensure the receipt of all pricing feeds, broker quotes, back-up pricing sources and other relevant data on a daily basis. Perform and review global pricing tasks in a continuous operations environment.
Work with peers and achieve group/client/unit goals.
Continuously expand and improve knowledge of financial instruments, corporate actions,



and best valuation practices.
Participate in and contribute to unit project initiatives.
College or university designation preferably with a concentration in finance/business/accounting or equivalent work experience

- 2+ years experience in securities pricing, fund accounting, or custody operations / securities administration
- Proficient in spreadsheet and database applications such as EXCEL and ACCESS
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and/or Derivatives Fundamentals Course is an asset
- Knowledge of Bloomberg and/or Reuters terminals an asset
