xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Experience in board bring-up and prototype testing
xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Experience on communication protocols like CAN, LIN, I2C & SPI etc.
xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Experience with schematic capture and layout techniques using Altium Designer.
xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Strong background of design support tools, including simulation, WCCA (worst case circuit analysis), DFMEA, design reviews,




xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Create custom electrical/electronic designs for automotive applications
xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Create/complete block diagrams, schematics, PCB layout, component selection, worst case circuit analysis, testing, and design verification
xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Develop design validation plans (DVP), obtain customer approval, and initiate all laboratory, bench, and simulated product-tests in compliance with the DVP
xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Support customeru2019s in-vehicle tests on electrical hardware systems
xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Use risk reduction tools to perform simulations
xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Design for maximum cost effectiveness while meeting all customer performance requirements
xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Ensure that the product design complies with all product requirements and final customer specifications
xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Bachelors or masteru2019s in engineering in the field of Electrical / Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent
xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 8+ years of experience in hands on automotive electronic product design and development .

xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Interface with the intra departmental development teams such as electrical, mechanical,



manufacturing, quality, and marketing
xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Support mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and quality in the development and implementation of work instructions for new and ongoing products
xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Interface with customers and other Molex engineering groups and suppliers
xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Lead design review meetings
xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Understand, support, and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S;) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures
