Key responsibilities
- Contact students and parents through calls.
- Understand academic requirements.
- Explain courses and learning programs.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets.
- Provide post-sales assistance when required.
Required qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
