About the Position

We are seeking a qualified, detail-oriented, and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights that improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support business decisions.

Use Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytical tools to interpret data.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and confidentiality.

- Collaborate with various departments to understand reporting requirements.

- Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.

- Maintain databases and support data quality improvement initiatives.

- Develop and improve data collection and reporting processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics,



Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence is an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

- Knowledge of SQL and database management.

- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Compensation and Advantages

Hourly Pay Range: $28.30–$39.73 USD

Compensation will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, technical skills, and the company's compensation policies.
