- Graduate with experience in the relevant field.
- Preferably a graduate below 50 years.
- Should be available in the campus all time.
- Supervise study hours.
- Should be able to converse in Malayalam and English
- Ensure the safety and security of all residents.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations.
- Resolve conflicts and address concerns raised by residents.
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the hostel premises.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hostel activities.
- Handle emergencies and crises situations effectively.
- Ability to drive motor cycle and light motor vehicle.
- Food and accommodation provided.
