Irish Bath Gallery is scaling its retail presence and seeking experienced Showroom Managers to lead branch operations and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily showroom operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising of tiles and bath fixtures.
- Lead, train, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Handle high-value customer walk-ins, interior designers, and institutional clients.
- Generate performance reports and maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years managing a retail showroom, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, hardware, or interior products.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
