Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and qualified manner.

Assist patients and visitors with enquiries, directions, and hospital services.

Handle front-desk guest relations and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Understand patient requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

Coordinate with departments to resolve patient and visitor queries.

Attend phone calls and provide accurate information.

Manage patient feedback, complaints, and suggestions professionally.

Escalate unresolved complaints to the concerned In-charge or higher authority.

Follow up on complaints until proper resolution is provided.

Coordinate with PRO, nursing, billing, reception, and other departments when required.

Assist patients with appointments, registrations, billing, and other hospital procedures.

Maintain good communication and positive relationships with patients and their families.





Ensure VIP and special guests receive appropriate assistance and coordination.

Collect and maintain guest feedback and service-related information.

Support patient satisfaction and service-quality initiatives.

Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.

Maintain proper records and reports related to guest relations.

Assist during patient events, awareness programs, and hospital activities.

Identify service gaps and communicate them to the concerned department.

Perform other guest-relations and coordination duties assigned by management.

Qualification :

Any Degree or Hospital Administration

Experience :

1-2 years of experience
