Zorven is hiring a Business Development Associate – Sales to work on converting potential leads into clients.
Lead/customer data will be provided by Zorven. Your primary responsibility will be to contact leads, understand their requirements, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into business.
Responsibilities
- Contact leads provided by Zorven
- Communicate with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
- Understand client requirements
- Pitch relevant Zorven services
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Handle basic sales discussions and objections
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients
- Maintain lead status and updates in Google Sheets/CRM
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Compensation
Month 1: Unpaid training & probation period
From Month 2:
- ₹10,000–₹20,000/month, based on performance
- Additional commission on successful conversions
- Higher earning potential for strong performers
