Job Description – Sr. Electrical Engineer

Location: Shriharikota / Pune
Project: CPWD Project
Salary: Up to 70- 90k per month
Experience: 10–11 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise electrical installation and execution works at project sites.
- Manage HT/LT panels, cable laying, earthing, lighting systems, and power distribution works.
- Ensure execution of electrical works as per approved drawings, technical specifications, CPWD standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with civil engineering teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project management teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with CPWD specifications, relevant IS codes, electrical safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Monitor daily progress, resolve site-level technical issues, and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Prepare and review daily progress reports, material records, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
- Verify site measurements, BOQs, and subcontractor bills, and assist in billing and quantity reconciliation.
- Conduct quality inspections, electrical testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Monitor material requirements, utilization,



and installation quality to minimize wastage and ensure efficient project execution.
- Guide site engineers, supervisors, and technicians to achieve project targets within the stipulated timelines.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- 10–11 years of relevant experience in electrical execution and site supervision.
- Experience in Government, CPWD, institutional, residential, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of CPWD specifications, electrical drawings, and relevant IS codes.
- Expertise in HT/LT electrical systems, power distribution, earthing, and electrical installations.
- Proficiency in electrical testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to review drawings, BOQs, measurements, and billing documents.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Solid leadership, site coordination, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and ensure timely project completion.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
