Discover the Role

As a Test Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and successful delivery of TMF Group’s global digital and payroll solutions. You will take ownership of end-to-end testing activities, covering test planning, execution, defect management, integration and data-flow validation, and stakeholder sign-off. Working across platforms such as Optix, ENATE, Lexicon and data transformation solutions, you will collaborate with global business and technical teams to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and ready for successful client implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute end-to-end testing across Country Setup, Optix, ENATE, Lexicon, Parsers, and integrated applications.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, defect logs, and test reports.




- Manage the complete testing lifecycle, from test preparation and environment setup through execution, sign-off, and handover/go-live.
- Perform functional, integration, system, and data-flow validation across platforms.
- Track, manage, and coordinate defects/issues through resolution.
- Coordinate test environments, user access, test data, resources, and timelines.
- Lead test review/progress meetings and provide regular testing status and reporting.
- Work with global stakeholders, payroll teams, technical teams, and clients to define testing scope and requirements.
- Identify testing risks and ensure testing meets required quality standards and business requirements.
- Contribute to improving testing strategies, reusable test assets, automation frameworks, and processes.

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of Software Testing/QA experience.
- Strong experience in E2E and integration testing.
- Test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Selenium, JMeter and/or LoadRunner.
- Experience working on complex/global testing projects.
- Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication.
- Payroll, HR/HCM, Finance, or Accounting domain knowledge preferred.
- Workday/Optix experience is advantageous.




- Excellent analytical, ownership, and communication skills.
