We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to manage daily online business operations, marketplace accounts, inventory, order processing, and ensure smooth coordination between different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily e-commerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.

2. Handle product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and inventory management.

3. Monitor orders, dispatches, returns, refunds, and customer queries.

4. Coordinate with, vendors, and internal teams.

5. Track sales performance, order status, and operational reports.

6. Ensure product information and stock availability are updated accurately.

7. Identify operational issues and implement improvements.

8. Monitor marketplace performance and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

Required Skills:

1. Experience in e-commerce operations .

2. Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and inventory management systems.

3. Good Excel and reporting skills.

4. Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
