Sales Lead / Manager - Manufacturing / Industrial Solutions
We are hiring for an early-stage company working in manufacturing capability development and digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with plant heads, engineering leaders and manufacturing decision-makers.
- Convert warm leads into qualified business opportunities.
- Develop leads through industry networks and professional referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant solutions.
- Manage customer meetings, follow-ups, sales pipeline and CRM.
- Work with founders on sales strategy and business development.
Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Experience in industrial automation, machinery,
capital equipment, engineering services or manufacturing technology preferred.
- Engineering graduate; MBA preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across India and visit manufacturing plants.
- Consultative selling approach and ability to engage with senior industrial stakeholders.
