We're looking for a Sales Manager- B2B & B2C (WFH) responsible for driving individual sales performance coordinating with the Sales, Marketing, Revenue and Leadership teams.

What you'll own:

✔ Drive and achieve individual sales targets through B2B and B2C channels

✔ Develop & Maintain relationship with corporate clients, travel partners, agents to generate new business.

✔ Monitor daily sales performance, leads, conversions and revenue generation.

✔ Monitor and optimize OTA listings, online sales channels, promotions and campaigns.

✔ Hands-on into sales, OTA,



coordination or other execution-related responsibilities during staff gaps to ensure business continuity.

What we're looking for:

✔ 5–9 years of relevant experience

✔ Bachelor's in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales or related field

✔ Strong Sales, Negotiation & Communication Skills

✔ Good understanding of OTA platforms, STAAH and online distribution channels

✔ Proactive, Adaptable and solution-oriented approach

✔ Proven experience in B2B and B2C Sales

✔ Fluent in English
