Marketing Manager – Real Estate, Wellness & Hospitality

Role Overview

Vishuddh Properties is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Manager to manage marketing initiatives across its Real Estate, Wellness and Hospitality businesses. The candidate will be responsible for brand communication, digital marketing, lead generation and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.

* Drive quality leads for real estate projects, wellness programmes and hospitality offerings.

* Manage social media, website content, SEO and online brand presence.

* Coordinate the creation of brochures, advertisements, videos, presentations and other marketing collaterals.

* Execute project launches, promotional campaigns, events and customer engagement initiatives.

* Coordinate with advertising agencies, creative partners and other vendors.

* Work closely with Sales, CRM and Operations teams to monitor lead quality, conversions and campaign performance.

* Track marketing budgets, campaign ROI and key performance metrics.

### Candidate Profile





* Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.

* 4–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, wellness or lifestyle businesses.

* Hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns, social media and content development.

* Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and CRM tools.

* Solid communication, creative coordination, analytical and execution skills.

* Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns independently.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive, results-oriented marketing professional who combines digital marketing expertise with creative thinking and the ability to generate measurable business outcomes across multiple business verticals.
