About the Role
We are looking for a confident and presentable Brand Promoter to represent a leading consumer electronics brand at retail stores. The candidate will be responsible for customer engagement, product demonstrations, product promotion and achieving assigned sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and demonstrate consumer electronics products to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications and benefits clearly.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store sales.
- Handle customer queries and provide a positive customer experience.
- Maintain proper product visibility and display at the store.
- Coordinate with store staff and the brand team.
- Maintain basic sales and product-related reports as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Consumer Electronics industry.
- Experience in any of the following categories:
- Smartphones & Wearables
- TVs & Home Entertainment
- Laptops, Desktops, Tablets & IT Accessories
- Smart Home Devices
- Cameras & Action Cameras
- Audio, Headphones & Speakers
- Electronic Appliances
- Accessories & Peripherals
- Candidate should be below 32 years of age.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality and customer-focused approach.
- Prior experience as a Brand Promoter, Sales Promoter or Retail Sales Executive will be preferred.
Important Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates currently working or previously employed directly on Croma or Reliance payroll will not be considered.
- Candidates who have worked as Brand Promoters deputed at Croma/Reliance stores through a brand or third-party payroll are eligible.
Pay: ₹18,215.16 - ₹25,392.78 per month
