Qualification: B.Pharm / Life Sciences + MBA in Marketing or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Lead brand strategy, marketing plans, portfolio management, and P&L.;
Manage and mentor Product Managers / Assistant Product Managers.
Identify market opportunities and drive current product launches.
Develop and execute ATL, BTL, digital campaigns, and CME activities.
Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and R&D; teams.
Engage with KOLs and field teams to strengthen brand positioning and growth.
Key Skills:
Strong P&L; and financial acumen with excellent analytical skills.
Strong leadership, team management, and strategic thinking abilities.
Good understanding of pharmaceutical brand management and compliance regulations.
