Job Description: Training Manager Banca Channel

- Department: Bancassurance / Sales Training
- Location: [Thane and Vashi]
- Reporting To: Head of Training
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- CTC : up to 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Training Delivery & Execution:
- Conduct induction, product training, and continuous upskilling programs for partner bank employees and channel sales teams.
- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions on insurance/financial products, sales pitches, objection handling, and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver impactful training sessions on life insurance products (Term, Savings, ULIPs, Annuities), sales pitches, and objection handling.
- Conduct structured induction, onboarding, and continuous training programs for Axis Bank branch employees and channel partners.

- Content & Curriculum Development:

- Keep training collateral, toolkits, and e-learning modules updated as per changing market trends and regulatory guidelines (e.g., IRDAI/RBI guidelines where applicable).

- Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank branch managers, regional heads,



and key stakeholders to secure training slots and drive attendance.
- Align training calendars with business sales drives, recent product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

- Performance & Impact Tracking:

- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through post-training assessments, feedback, and on-job performance metrics.
- Track key metrics such as staff certification rates, conversion ratios, and productivity (maydays/activation) of bank personnel.

- Compliance & Audit:

- Ensure 100% adherence to mandatory regulatory and compliance training requirements for all selling personnel in the bank channel.
- Maintain up-to-date training attendance records, reports, and dashboards.

- Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA in HR, Marketing,
- Experience: Minimum [e.g., 2 to 3] years of experience in training and development, with at least [e.g., 1 to 2] years specifically handling the Bancassurance (Life insurance)
