- Develop process training materials and conduct regular sessions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and track performance improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in BPO operations or insurance industry.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective process training programs.
- Solid understanding of insurance products, services, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
