Telecaller & Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage front-office operations and welcome visitors professionally.

* Handle inbound/outbound calls and generate qualified leads.

* Understand prospect requirements and identify business opportunities.

* Explain basic digital marketing services to potential clients.

* Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records.

* Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Team.

* Coordinate with the Sales Department on lead status and follow-ups.

* Assist with basic sales and administrative coordination.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

* Basic understanding of sales and digital marketing.

* Confident, presentable and comfortable speaking with prospects.

* Valuable convincing, interpersonal and follow-up skills.

* Active, smart, and professional personality.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
