- - Role Overview & Responsibilities
- - Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis.
- Develop financial reports, dashboards, and actionable business insights.
- Strengthen financial reporting, governance, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
- Contribute to finance transformation, ERP enhancement, and digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and regional objectives.

- - Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- - Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance,



Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in FP&A;, financial analytics, finance operations, controllership, or finance transformation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with financial systems, reporting tools, data analytics, or process improvement methodologies.

- - Skilled Qualifications & Technical Expertise
- - Industry-recognized qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or CIMA are advantageous, depending on the role, but are not mandatory.
- - Experience with SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel, or automation tools is also valued. Equivalent practical experience and demonstrated capabilities are welcome.
