Job Description :

1. Managing diverse operations from a distance.

2. Financial and operations planning

3. Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long term success

4. Come up with specific POA for each store as per the stores history of performance.

5. Set standards and objectives for different stores and change them as often as required.

6. Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency

7. Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals

Preferred candidate profile

Overall 7+ yrs in Optical Industry & as an Area Manager min 3+ yrs

Area Head, Area Manager, Zonal Head, Regional Manager.

Candidate having work experience from Optical Industry can only apply.
