Role Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1 - 2 years of experience who is interested in recruitment and hiring. The candidate will handle day-to-day recruitment activities and work closely with the team to close open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate offers and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Work on multiple positions and ensure timely closures.
- Support urgent and bulk hiring requirements when required.

Required Skills





- 1 - 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Valuable sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements.
- Comfortable with Naukri, LinkedIn and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Candidates genuinely interested in Recruitment will be preferred.

Qualification

- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
