Responsibilities Technical Excellence
- Strong grounding in policy research, programme evaluation, and monitoring & evaluation for public sector transformation initiatives.
- Proficient in using Excel, STATA, SPSS, and dashboard/reporting tools for rigorous data analysis and evidence generation.
- Able to support formulation, review, and revision of policies, schemes, operational guidelines, and strategic frameworks.
- Capable of conducting baseline studies, impact assessments, mid-term reviews, and KPI/outcome indicator development with a focus on rural development programmes.
