NOTE: Experience: 5 to 8 years in TA roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Experience in hospitality, retail, FMCG, or multi-location businesses preferred.

Work Schedule: 6 days working (Sunday off)

Work Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Role & responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Organize and manage walk-in recruitment drives for retail and production hiring.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and joining ratio.
- Coordinate offer rollout, pre-boarding documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS,



and candidate databases with accuracy.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and manpower planning.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment events.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience

- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, food & beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing recruitment is preferred.
- Experience in blue-collar and white-collar hiring will be an added advantage.
