- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor store performance, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain company standards, policies, and operational procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of sales targets and store operations.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Salary: Up to 5.4 LPA + Incentives + Growth Opportunities.
