Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Solid consulting foundation with demonstrated ability to support HR advisory engagements and translate client needs into actionable workforce solutions. Solid understanding of hire-to-retire HR processes, enabling effective analysis and design of end-to-end workforce management solutions. Proficient in HR consulting delivery with exposure to project execution, governance, and structured problem-solving across client engagements.



Working knowledge of HR technology landscapes and emerging AI applications in HR to support modernization and process improvement initiatives. Ability to contribute to sales support through solution articulation, proposal inputs, and alignment of advisory offerings to client requirements.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

- Master of Business Administration
- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management

Experience

- Project Management (6+ years)
